Default Citroen Xsara SXTD 1998 td

    Have A WEIRD Problem.
Before the problem started, this is the Data:
90C on hot day, without A/C
75C On hot day, With A/C
    Today, its
90C on hot day without A/C
95C on hot day with A/C
the Fans are not working as they used to, its not Getting in to 12V Mode.
    only 9V works.
But, sometimes if you press hard on the gas pedel, or turning on/off the car, they Get intoaction at 12V Speed.
    But quickly shutting down.
I Suspect in the part on the thermostat house with the brown plug. The engine is DHY Turbo Diesel Engine.
How can i Detect it correctly??, and if so, What more can cuase the problem?
    thank you.

Just sounds like it's out of gas to me.
You'll need to take it to a car air/con repairer as there's nothing that can be done DIY on those systems.

If it ain't broke, use a 12" shifter.....that usually does the trick!!
