    Default GS Minor problems

    Just trying to get all thr lights on the dash working. 1) unable to remove the choke control in order to check the switch 2) Also unable to remove the lighting swich its getting a bit hot with low beam on, was trying to work out why the lights in the gauges aren't working.

    I don’t understand what switch you’re trying to access that needs the choke control removed?

    Woody,

    I think GSes have a rheostat to adjust the gauge lighting levels. I'd be looking there for an open circuit.
