It will be the drive belt kit (belt+roller+tensioner - i.e. NOT the timing belt) because the capped service regime is running on 15K intervals, so 6 years is reached at 90K. If you still own it at 6 years and 90K, then it will be out of warranty (note some Pugs had 7 or 8 years), so you'd make your own assessment as to what should be changed at that point and beyond.

Do you own one already or looking to buy? Warranty could be 3, 5 or 6 years as there have been variations since 2017. Or balance of that if a demo version. A few cars also had free servicing thrown in for maybe 5 years. The capped pricing will end once you've gone past 6 years of 90K, whichever you reach first, but it's only a cap for the scheduled items and a dealer may charge less. Be aware there are exclusions, brakes being an important one.

Advised by a Senior Service slash Technical Advisor to query this item, also the warranty term - I rang Citroen who were going to ask tech.s, and call back ...

Making a case for the daughter to buy one.

Iíve seen a few of these wear the belt and actually block the vvt valve strainers with belt debris that turned into a bunch of cars

There was something about them being in an oil mist, but no mention of that. You donít think much of this engine?
There arenít a lot to choose from anymore ... diesels long gone, skylights and leather still worth thousands more than the budget.
Funny to see one ad mention alloys as an $800 (?) option, like that meant something.

No I think itís a cracker of a motor but in saying that the wet belt is just another thing they need to sort ,Iíve done a heap of the recalls on the non turbo ones excessive crank end float just replace complete new motor, as said the belts failing like below 20k and a car that lost its valve colletts New motor ,guess years of working on French stuff Iíve been spoilt , engines got replaced by the other brands in the shop Mazda Holden Kia , I suppose thatís why Mrs dmac now drives a IMG_1568461709.485388.jpg
