Default Help with egr fault po400 & po402

Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help my get rid of two pesky faults that keep returning. It is to do with the EGR system on my C5 diesel. I have removed the broken EGR assembly and blocked it off. Also I have tried a dummy load and the original electrovalve with blocked pipes. Each time I clear the PO 400 & 402 codes, they comeback a day or so later. Has anyone any ideas how to clear these codes permanently. Cheers & Thanks.

No nothing about these cars but suggest fixing the problem that causes the codes to come up.
