Default rear boot embellishments (chrome bits)

Is there a smarter than average Joe out there who knows how to take off the chrome bits off the boot of my C5 hatch. I suggest maybe needs a heat gun to soften the self adhesive?

Do you mean the badges? Use a hair dryer and then slip waxed dental floss behind the badge and saw along behind the badge to detach the adhesive foam. Then use citrus based goo remover to remove the....goo.

Ta, I'll go and give it a try. Then when I reapply I'll put the chevron up the correct way, not like on the back of a wagon I saw in Sandy Bay road during a trip to Hobart for last year's Bastille Day display.

getting the goo off the embellishments and the boot lid I reckon will take more time and effort than removing said items!
