    Default Chinese C5 X7

I was in China last week and the sheer volume of different models is overwhelming. All sorts of weird and wonderful stuff, like the Citroen C2 that's really a Peugeot 206 etc.

I was on the hunt for the face-lifted C5 X7 but only found these. Not a lot different to the French C5s by the looks.

I don't think these are hydros, are they?

Still a beautiful car, I reckon they should have left the front grill alone. The original is much nicer. Although I don't mind the treatment in the "fog" lights area.

Correct - Chinese C5s are steel sprung.

Yes - all C5 X7 (sedans) and the C6 have concave rear windows.

I thought a couple of years ago they had a new C5 already, that departed from this body shape, and was rather bulky.
Surprising that they have now come back to the X7 original shape. Although this one looks better than the last " new" C5

I think I've told you all about these before. Well worth it - mine NEVER spills in the car. If you get one ensure it is the stainless steel as the entire thing can go in your dishwasher. The anodised models cannot

They may have even made the oil dipstick so it doesn’t break!

Noticed they opt for practicality and comfort with high profile tyres on either 16" or 17" wheels. No mention of 18” or 19” wheels?
