    Default C4 gearbox mount.

Watching a youtube video on changing a 307 gearbox mount. It says to take the tube out of the old mount and put it to the new one before fitting.
I had my mounts changed last year and now there seems to be contact between the motor and body, but nothing is apparent. There is vibration through the car and sometimes the gears are hard to shift.
I have removed the battery/gearbox mount twice to check and still have the problem.
Any ideas or suggestions? That aforementioned tube does not seem to be there.
    Cheers.

It seems the only way to acquire this spacer is to buy the mount and base plate.
    What do you think?
    Cheers.

The top/central nut won't tighten down without the tube will it? You might have a bit of extra movement there I think.
