    13 2CVs
    6 DSs
    4C6s

Probly so many in there, because they've never been so expensive (except C6) and they can't be sold? methinks?

But seriously, 13 2CVs ranging from $8,000 to $37,000... They must be breeding out there somewhere..??

Are owners suddenly getting sick of them.? Are they getting too expensive to maintain.? Or are they just getting to the stage where the owner thinks "you know what, it is worth too much money for the time I spend in it, so I'm going to cash in." ??

The loss of maintenance by Citroen mechanics doesn't help.

Like any niche old car, there's a reasonably fine balance involved in setting the price. Change that by adding/removing more buyers/supply and the balance can shift quite quickly. There are more 2cvs in the country than ever before, so you should expect to see a few more come up for sale. It's good for the buyer as they have more choice.

    4 Xsaras
    2 Xantias
2 SMs (a bit pricier than either 2CV or C6)
    3 CXs

    but no XMs .

Luckily not many XMs come up together. Don't want to crash the market! Drip feed only for XMs.

In a year's time, a lot of those 2CVs will disappear as people start looking for a 2CV to use on Raid 2020.

Buy one from overseas, and get it shipped here and compliance and registered, you wonít have much change from 15k, and then you have to make it pretty, the cheap ones will need some work, body and mechanically. And maybe a chassis

And none from Victoria as usual. It seems us Victorians seem to have to undertake an epic interstate road trip to buy one, like I did!
Are there less here in VIC or do we just never sell them?
