    Icon6 DS Pallas handbrake

    Can anyone provide a step by step protocol for replacement of hand brake pads . Braking material has disappeared on one pad and worn on others . Have a good set in old parts Safari and a new set .

    This is covered in Op 454-1 in manual 814. The video posted in the other thread is also worth looking at. Access is tight and the springs are more powerful than you might think. Adjusting the pads requires a spanner to be ground down in thickness.
