    Default Citroen centenary celebrations

I see that there are various events lined up in France for the 1919-2019 centenary of the company. Is anything planned for Australia ?

I think all of the clubs will be running 100 year events in each state.
CCOCA definitely is. And the Cit-in in Western Australia at Easter will also be part of the celebrations in Australia.
Motorclassica in Melbourne is featuring Citroen and the local Citroen clubs have been asked to display our best cars inside the building. Happy to answer any questions. Ted Cross CCOCA 0400592208

The Citroen Car Club of Queensland has, among other things, planned an involvment in the French Festival at Southbank on the weekend of the 6th and 7th July, followed by a large representation of Citroens at RACQ Motorfest as the lead marque celebrating the 100th year, on Bastiel Day. The biggest celebration will be on Sunday the 21st July with CCCQ hosting the Grand Display of French Cars at Murarrie Recreation Reserve, Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill where along with our friends from PCCQ and RCCQ we hope to display 100 Citroens. We would, of course, warmly welcome visitors from interstate. More information will available on our newly rebuilt wev site as it grows or on our Facebook page.

An Inchcape publicist will recreate the feat of driving a Kegresse up the steps of the Victorian parliament, thereby ensuring blanket coverage throughout the Commonwealth and livening up the boring day of the PSO's on duty out the front.
