    Default C5 VIN display gone?

Well I thought having the VIN number displayed in the windscreen was a pretty cool idea.

But recently the display has gone and been replaced with what looks like a whale. ...has PSA hacked me by some unknown VIN eraser as all S1 C5s should have fallen off the roads already😢

Anyway I thought I would share.

mmmmm..... Lexia says: error W 078: Whale symbol appearing in place of VIN sticker: Reminder to sink your series 1 in nearest harbour and create artificial reef - Sunshine coast ideal location.

Is the 'New Car' warning light also lit or is it just a receipt that slipped down and obscured the VIN tag?
Have you been eating at that whale restaurant again?

Yes to eating Japanese, no to pushing it off the Mooloolaba Wharf.

I'll wait for the the whale to change to an igloo so it can be frozen in time😁

A post it note or one of those pre-pay parking tickets you put in your windscreen and never get around to removing.

Fixed it...engine cooling fan stopped working, from my recent cooling fan replacement post I must have been in a hurry and hadn't fully crimped one of the new lugs on so of course when you lend out your car thats when its going to fail. So bumper off again and checked all relays and resistors to find my terrible mistake under the heat shrink😂
