    Default Spheres

just a heads up, I just ordered spheres for a Xantia, several businesses in France are
doing 50% off, Spheres-Neuve located in Marseille doing Lizartes, Sphere-discount dselling I.F.H.S spheres made in Belgium.

Apart from the freight good deal, not sure if this is an ongoing ploy or just summery type deals.

Anyway around $530 for 8 spheres delivered I thought was stomachable.

Their spheres are just fine in my experience. I put their 'confort' spheres on our Xantia a year or so before we sold it, and they were a noticeable improvement in ride. Have the same on the CX right now.

As a make-do prior to getting my Ds spheres rebuilt, I happened upon SPHERe shop and ordered 4 IFHS spheres. Great price I thought. @50Euros a pair. Combined freight helped a little. @75 euros..

That gives you two years to sort the rebuildables out!

the accumulator sphere will pack it in first though.

Wondering if there’s any build date on the spheres or packaging? Curious as to why they’re discounted... not been sitting a long while?

I bought a full set (8) of comfort spheres from them about a year ago for my Xantia VSX. Very happy with them. They look pretty new to me. I expect they are "discounted" for Xantia are earlier models just to get some business as those models are disappearing. Never look a gift horse in the mouth. The rubber membranes are probably newer than any other spheres, so when they do lose their pressure they will still be good candidates for re-gassing. I expect mine will live as long as I have the Xantia, perhaps longer.

the people at sphere shop where I ordered emailed me saying the IFHS guys were processing my order, so hopefully they are fresh spheres. they do advertise theat they are in direct contact with the manufacturer so stock comes straight out and hasn't been sitting around.

ps John the deals are across the board, hence my post to all.
