Default C5 X7 2011 HDI Interior Front Map Light Switches

Hi, how do I remove the top front interior MAP Light Cover so I can have access to the cables as well as replacing the lights with LED ones? I also need to find a way to get power from there so I can connect a Video Cam Recorder rather than having cables running everywhere. Anything on utube? Or examples showing pictures of how to do this. tx

It clips on. Use plastic trim tools. C5 X7 2011 HDI Interior Front Map Light Switches-screenshot-2.jpg LEDs will work but the computer will record an error unless the resistances match.

PS there are a couple of screws in the middle.

This is for a C4 Grand Picasso but should be much the same for the C5 X7

    "Déesse" Roland Barthes, 'Mythologies', 1957

The Déesse has all the characteristics of one of those objects fallen from another universe that fed the mania for novelty in the eighteenth century and a similar mania expressed by modern science fiction: the Déesse is first and foremost the new Nautilus.

I obtained power from the fuse box in the glovebox for my dash cam and just ran the cable up the A pillar.

If you like I can check which fuses I used for both ignition and constant power.

pm me with your email address it you would like to see a pic. I don't know how to host a picture now that photbucket has died.
