    Default Brisbane DS servicing

Mate of mine Jason is in business! Jason is a D fanatic and has owned many over the years. I've seen Jason at work on a D and he is no slouch. He knows his stuff basically and is passionate about Cits.

He asked me to post this introduction for him as he doesn't go in for the computer very much! much more at home with a spanner : )

Hello Brisbane! Itís sad that the DS motors era has come to an end! But there is a alternative! Yes. Raymond World. Backyarder since 1995 with main focus on D series & CX. Will come to you. At an introductory rate of $40/hr. Oh yes. Raymond fights rust! Will also do:
General servicing ie. tune up, oil change, grease.
Cooling system overhaul including head gasket replacement - head to be sent away to be shaved & ground)
    Clutch, brakes
    Electrical
Steering (rack to be sent away for repairs or exchanged)
Spheres (to be sent away for gassing)

Some repairs may have to be outsourced ie. starter motors, alternators - or can be purchased from o/s (No mark up on any of this and more than welcome to source parts yourself).
So when the fluid hits the floor, donít think - just call - Raymond on 0435710561. Raymond is here to stay.

Jason is Jason but Jason is Raymond when working on Cits. I think it was a bit of poke from a mate about him playing around with French cars years ago and the nickname stayed on. I remember going round to his house in my student days and being shocked and awed he had completely dismantled a D. And was putting it back together. I vividly remember the engine bay with a strange array of pipes and endless bits hanging everywhere and thinking how the hell is going to put all that back together. We were sub 20's both then. In terms of folklore he may have conjured the moniker himself, buried in the fug of mystery.

He is Jason of Raymond World.

He'll answer the phone as Jason. : )

Can't explain it any better than that.

ps the blurb came from his wife, not me.

Anyone willing to work on a CX has got to be a man of adventure!

Donat, not as adventurous as a man who drums for Pineapples! 😉

Hi Jason - I note that you are mainly focusing on the DS & CX, but are you willing to work on Xantiae?

Also, do you have a workshop, as I do not live in Brisbane?

    Cheers

    Alec

    Gday Alec,
Yes I do have temporary space at the moment. What symptoms are you showing?
