Default CX 2400ie needs ignition leads

Does anyone know if a set of new ignition leads is available in Australia. Needed for a 2400ie - or will I have to source from Europe?

Can you make up a set from off the shelf after market leads?

Thanks for the suggestion Gerry. It could be possible I suppose but may be difficult to match as the leads are neatly laid out in a 'rig' that takes them across the injection intake.

It used to be possible to buy over length ones and then trim them back and refit distributor cap end terminals for Ds. Is there a special terminal for the coils and would it be possible to refit them?

Have a look at CX bassis, I purchased a couple of sets through them a few years ago for an inexpesive price. They have the molded built in plug extenders etc... Failing that, try and match up an existing set with built in extenders (eg: the corrola? ones that fit a DS perfectly).

I've always just take the Citroen CX leads that don't have moulded extenders built in into the local auto parts shop and purchased universals that match!
