Default C4 - control arm bushes

I've been chasing a problem with the C4 in that there is a "clunking" in the front end at various times and a bit of wheel wobble. I'm expect that it is the front control arm bushes have worn (137,000km) and I have researched to find that replacement bushes (2 for each arm) are available. Also available are entire replacement arms with bushes. The price of each arm is more than double the price of the bushes for each arm.

I have an hydraulic press available to push out the old and push in the new bushes.

The question is - which would you do. Complete new arms or just the bushes?

OK - I was not aware (ignorant) that the tie rod had a ball joint on the inner end. Thanks.
