    thanks for this, fascinating stuff. one of the nicest things I saw
    in my only brief time in France was a Bedelia cyclecar in a little museum,
    V twin engine, belt drive transmission and tandem seating.

    Yeah that discussion is why i posted here.
    IIRC 'blackjack' seems to have had a lot to do with Richard Oakes, and may still be making Avions himself.
    (My pipe dream is GS-based, as in the thread title, also Kermit, the hillclimb special...)
