Default C5 help in Cairns required

Anybody with access to Lexia to help with C5 not starting. Getting more details but looking for a contact. Think its a transponder issue.

Down here in Tasmania, Supacheap do a diagnostic service with a Bosch analyser for about $40.00 with a free follow up. Don't know if they do home visits. May be worth giving them a call.

Yes but won't start their mechanic says its the immobilizer. trying to get in touch with him to confirm what he has done. Me thinks it just needs to be started in the correct procedure .
Its for someone I don't know so information is 3rd hand.

Have they tried using some starter spray? If it works it won't be the immobilizer.

Early HDi? Remember, lock and unlock with the plip may be needed to get it to start after the battery has been out. It could be that simple and has caught a few out. It got me after adding an extra wire for the fuel pump and I thought I'd killed the car.
