    Default UK Parts Source

I've had 3 lots of parts from Neat Car Parts aver the last 3 years after being recommended on here.
It always took 2 or 3 emails to get a reply and the last order was missing something that they said they would send but never did.

I now urgently need to order some parts but despite several emails over the last 10 days I have had no reply.

Can anyone recommend another UK supplier who will post to Oz but may be easier to deal with?

    Hi
If you tell us what car you want the bits for and perhaps what sort of things we could help more !
I have never used them and would not after your experience for sure. I have bought a lot of stuff overseas though without drama. New and old Citroen parts and other brands also.

    Soooooo many options......

I've dealt with all those guys and found them to be fantastic. Genuine parts, lightning shipping and Great prices - and they've always had the parts in stock.

    https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/

I should add that these guys also automatically deducted the VAT from the purchase price, so no additional communication or negotiation was required to get the VAT refunded.

Why persevere with a crap supplier when there are so many good ones around ?

    Cheers

    Hey Justin
Thanks for all of those options. You are right about that. I don't know why I persevered for so long.

    Cheers
    Also Justin
