    Has anyone actually managed to buy something from Andrť?
    Because I ordered two NOS suspension boots from them a few months ago, got an automated message saying hold for shipping price, nothing for a few days, I wrote back saying what's with the order, they never replied...

    I think they have moved recently and much of their stock is not yet unpacked. An email to [email protected] eventually worked for me. I think they are out of stock of rear boots as well.

    Hi Don,
    Andre has been moving warehouses - so he's been flat out for a couple of months.
    I would keep trying, I'm sure he'll be in touch soon. I know he's been dealing with a backlog of requests.
    He's always been excellent to deal with and normally is very responsive.

    Yes. I've used them here in the UK and they are okay. Postage costs were surprisingly reasonable. Funnily enough I ordered some more stuff from them about 9 hours ago! Looks like I need to be patient.....


    'Factory' rear boots have been showing as out of stock for about the past month. keep your fingers crossed that your order has been put aside. maybe you got the last couple?

    I ordered a big lot of stuff late last year after my DS crash and they were very responsive. A few follow ups a few months ago to do a follow up order got a couple of responses, but not enough to get what I needed ordered so I ended up having to buy from somebody else. Shame as I had a really good experience with my main order.

    Well, having ordered some stuff on 1 October, I have since had a couple of emails to say they can't find one piece because of their warehouse move. I'm cool with that. Communication seems good. Piece will turn up.
