    Default The Lemon Goddess

You will need to look on Facebook or Instagram to see this mess. Quite entertaining.

I don't do facebook, but logged into my daughters account (with permission) and yes well worth a look - a few tube videos as well

When you're feeling like you're a bit of a nutter it's refreshing to see you are not alone. . .

    "Déesse" Roland Barthes, 'Mythologies', 1957

The Déesse has all the characteristics of one of those objects fallen from another universe that fed the mania for novelty in the eighteenth century and a similar mania expressed by modern science fiction: the Déesse is first and foremost the new Nautilus.

What is wrong with that car? It sounds awful. Exhaust system completely defunct? Just for starters.

    He's giving D owners a bad rep!

    at least he admits it.

The car was dragged from the bone pile. They threw a clutch, water pump, alternator and a bunch of duct tape. Drive reports on it are good. The car is registered and insured.

They made an exhaust system for it today. They expect to put 5000 miles on it in the next month. It did get 4 round tires installed.

The car has done more than 2000 miles now. No issues to speak of but it has been reported that it is going to need a new inner triaxe boot. Might be 1200 more miles before it shows up in SoCal.
Roadkill had the car picked as one of the top ten teams to watch and recently identified it as one of the top three teams in points. These guys might win!

In the spirit of the LeMons race, I should think duck tape, some hose clamps and a grease gun should do the trick

They took second place behind a dune buggy carrying a veteran team and a keg of Guinness.
Good job guys. Anybody interested in buying a good running DS for cheap? Buy it and tour the USA?
