It would be great if it were here. So would there be asbestos in an SM??

might be on starter shield? do they have them? US spec SMs have such horrible headlights, no offence to those with them but the French version suits the car and the fixed ones are just a rubbish solution and aesthetically bad. That car looks in reasonable condition though.

Yes but the US lights work muchly better than tired old euro lights. Especially as we mostly have to use the low beam ones these days. I'm trying to work out how to fix that problem as present.

Hi Ken, you could fit HID lights to beef up the brightness. I wouldn't go over the 35 watt ones though.
    Cheers..

Starter heat shield, brake valve heat shield, clutch disk, maybe brake pads, head gaskets, oil pan gaskets, etc.

Are they going to pick the internal ones? The external are easy enough to remove, but clutches and head gaskets make it an immediate problem.

Can we import these to Australia? I idly sent a copy of it to my SWMBO hoping that she would realise that my urgent need to buy a bulldozer was not such a big issue, but she actually seems interested Is it realistic to bid and expect to get it into Oz for another $6k?
