Default DSpecial carpet won't stay put under driver pedals!

Daphne's driver side carpet simply does not want to lie down under the clutch pedal, and the accelerator pedal carpet isn't a lot better behaved. Is this a common issue? I haven't been able to any any threads here discussing this.

A very small dab of Bostick solved my problem about 20 years ago. And it was still in place when I handed the car over to its new owner at the end of May. Cheers. Kevin

How about soaking it then flattening with some weights to shape it down to a manageable form?

I enquirer at Supercheap Auto, while running errands for the headlight job that Paul's been working on, and as I said I want keen on glues (chemical sensitivity) they sold me some heavy duty mounting tape to try. Stay tuned...

Never leave home without a tube of it in the spare parts box! Good for flapping shoe soles, also.
