    Default Rims for BX16 Valve

Guys i was thinking of some aftermarket rims, on 14's. Could anyone recomend what would look good? Or if anyone has any pictures?
Also im not looking for anything too over the top, nothing like "full sik spinning rims" not of that s**t! Just some plain alloy wheels.

    Sproose,
To broaden your options a bit, the Peugeot boys seem to have a fair assortment of wheels which should fit the BX. I know that 405 alloys will fit a BX and AFAIK the later models also have the same stud patterns and offsets but mostly in 15 and 16 inch. Cant remember exactly where it was now but saw an aussiefrog members website a few months back that had some interesting wheels as well as 16 valve performance gear. Think he was in SA somewhere and was sourcing the wheels new.

Sproose, I am in the same boat so to speak, I am currently looking for 16" wheels for my BX16 valve, I think offset seems to be the main issue, I am looking at a set of OZ racing wheels tomorrow, that I have seen on a Peugeot 406 coupe and think they look great, I have seen some 17" on the BX16Valve site, however I think the would probably upset the ride / handling. cheers josephk

Yes i have also seen 17's on one overseas somewhere and i freaked! I know of a website of a guy called PK has Oz Racing Superturismo 6.5" / 15" - wheels here is his website http://www.kalliojarvi.net/index-e.htm.

They look ok, the only thing im thinking about is: Doesnt having bigger wheels make your car go a little slower or take longer to accelerate because of a bigger diamter rim?

    Take it easy!

I am thinking of running 205/45x16"s, therefore very little difference in rolling radius. I have 205/50x16's on the Mi16 and have noticed very little difference in acceleration, cheers josephk,
