    Default Cit-In 2017 - HURRY!

Folks, time is running out for your spot at Cit-in this year. Make the boat fare worthwhile and come for a good look around Tassie before or afterwards. It's being held in Smithton and Stanley on the Northwest coast, and they are both picture perfect little towns.

    Hi Lasya and Balki,

Sue and I are all booked for the boat and Cit-in. We have also booked to do the 3 capes walk before Easter so we will be able to tell you all about it when we get there. We haven't booked the boat back to the mainland yet so maybe we will just stay in Tassie.

Looking forward to seeing you all.

    Cheers,

    Ken W

Also, if anyone is looking for accommodation in Devonport that is pre/post Cit-in related, PM me, we have some beds, first in best dressed!

I hope it goes well for you this year. Sadly we will not be there this year. Lack of $$ precludes it. We were looking forward to it and bringing the D plus our dog for the journey. But alas...

    Default Day 2 - Show & Shine

A beautiful clear and still day. Tall Timbers is an excellent venue. Great evening catching up with people. This morning everyone, almost, is polishing and cleaning their cars for show and shine at Stanley. Should be a wonderful location. Last of the cars are heading off, time to go.

Hello PeterJ . Welcome to you and all the overseas visitors (mainlanders).
I would have liked to be over there to put faces to names I'v seen on Ausiefrogs but had other commitments.
I'm in St Helens in the tropical North East of Tasie. I would like to meet anyone coming over here from the group if they are touring the state. Maybe go for a fish or beer/wine with oysters etc.
    Regards Allan.

Here's a few more. Great to see a H Van, Ami6, Big 6 H and SMs and a couple of very tidy DS5s

Looking for a BX? None there or not worth a photo? An XM? Great photos. Looks like an excellent venue with superb weather.

No BX at all, or XM. XMs are stunning cars always worth a photo. Weather continued fine for the observation run through the rainforest and fantastic homemade cake at lunch. Awards were given and we have motored out into another superb day. 26 cars continuing down the West Coast as part of the post cit in run. Another great event.

A big thank you to the Tasmanian organisers for putting together a great event and lovely weather.
It was my first Cit-In and I was made warmly welcome by everyone. The show and shine had a great turn out in a lovely setting and the run along the Tarkine drive was really enjoyable followed by homemade cake and biscuits. A lot of great citroens - old and new !
A pity I had to come back early and miss the Sunday dinner...
