    Default C4 Heater Flap repair

    Hey Guys,

First up, yes I have searched the forum and most of the stuff refers to Peugeot (What I call "French Cop Cars") repairs and c4owners.org is very basic (mostly it's the official Citroen repair sheet) and most youtube clips are on LHD Cars.

So yes my "Terrorist Mobile" (after having the auto serviced recently and getting a spare key made up for it) needs to have the heater flap and climate control gears replaced. I have the repair kit but I'm at a total loss on how to get to the heater flap and control on the drivers side (on the youtube clips they are all LHD so the glove box comes out). I'm not so worried about the LHS as it should be easy but more the RHS

Has anyone on here done on their C4 and care to give tips...I have taken off the bottom kick panel (where the foot vent is), and the two bottom pieces under the dash but it look likes the frame (where the two bottom pieces clip on to are in the way)

Worse comes to worse...I may take it to a shop and get it done but it seems to be a pretty simple process once I know how to get to it

    Thanks in advance

Yes I have watched that many of times....As I said that on a LHD 307/C4 you need to take the glove box out and it's easy but on the RHD the steering column is in the way and it's hard to see the bolt for the climate control

Assuming you don't have the current C4, here is an extract from a French manual. Unfortunately steering is on the French side.
