Icon14 A local Citroen Berlingo with 1 MILLION kms!

Hi all, just posting this on behalf of Rod Slater......

"Over the past 45 years, that I have been a Motor Vehicle Dealer I have bought many thousands of vehicles... But TODAY I bought one Very 'UNIQUE' vehicle... This 'Little 1.4Litre Citroen Berlingo Van... That has had ONE owner since new and has travelled OVER 1Million Kilometres... I did not buy it to resell, rather I bought it to 'Show & Tell' how absolutely AMAZING these French & Fantastic Automobiles are..." Rod Slater

Wonderful! I miss Rod's input here but realise he always has a lot on his plate. Mine (2000 model) is at 400+ thousand km.

I'm proud to say that my first fuego that did close to a million and a half Kms was serviced by Rod's workshop when it visited Perth.

It had to have an emergency clutch replacement after the (new) rear main seal failed going up the Madura pass (was a new clutch too )

I was extremely happy with the work done and the knowledge and customer service provided.
