Default Brake pad wear on DS4

I have been told that the disc pads on my 2013 DS 4 require replacing, odometer is 37,000 kms. Is this normal?

Also tyre wear is the same.

Not surprising. Pads are asbestos-free these days and French and German manufacturers use softish compounds to improve performance. It is a simple job, and the OEM pads aren't expensive from aftermarket suppliers like EAI, but some dealers charge astronomically, so get an estimate first, as I don't think the DS4 warranty will cover it.

    Front tyres?

However brake and tyre replacement seems a bit unusal, an premature.

Both, fronts were replaced 28,000kms due to punture damage. Bridgestone turanzars fitted in lieu of original Mitchelins.

Replaced my front brake pads at 160,000km, will replace the rotors at the next pad change.
I live in the country, so don't use the brakes so much.
Beware of e-bay purchased pads as the swept area is less than the original.
That's why I will be replacing my rotors next time.

Kinda depends on how you drive and the rubber you use

V8 Supercars get about 600kms before they require a pad change.

Tyres on the cars last about 200kms before they are worn out.

I get about about 18,000 km out of my soft but sticky road tyres
