Yes, a right hand drive cabriolet would be very nice in England. I'd have to fix the centre arm rest as it is the wrong way round - - or am I wrong ? - - - as this is supposedly original.

Seems to be different schools of thought on that one, like dressing to the left or right, toilet roll rolling to the wall or outside. . .

I'm with you I like the pointy part of the armrest sitting between the seats. . . Then we could talk about mirrors, for me the wide edge to the outside i.e. away from the door

    Cheers

It seems very expensive for us mere mortals, however what an investment in fun as well as finance....imagine the European sojourn in that car, the experiences...one day, one day! And what's with all these original right hand drives? http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C626581

Yes, out of the question for me, even for the very good reproductions - I'll have to content myself with sliding back the Webasto, can the experience be worth the difference in value between the Cabriolet and a humble D Special with ragtop roof - I couldn't justify. . .

I think the experience of your D would be outstanding. I'm just getting overly romantic about it.....and at the end of the day it will always be the case that we can't buy happiness!
