    Default Ds windscreen

Has anybody obtained a screen for a ds lately? I enquired regarding one from my usual windscreen bloke who said it wouldn't be a problem, but now is having trouble sourcing one.
Anybody know anybody who may have one in stock?

Hi Angru (is this your christian name..?)

PGI Autoglass make a nice screen for the D, at the right price and will make one to order.

    Give them a go...

    Cheers,

    Mark...

Hi Mark. Thanks for that. I'll give them a call on Monday.
Angru is not my Christian name, my real name is Andrew.

Make sure you get the correct screen. I understand there is a thin version that doesn't fit nice and tight, or so I thought I heard someone say once.

6mm is the original - but anything greater than 5mm seems to be fine. I think the PGI one is 5.4mm...

    Cheers,

I once had a DS and the windscreen squeaked on gravel roads. I put up with it until a stone kicked up one day and I had to replace it. What came out was 5mm where the replacement was 6mm. The squeaking stopped.
