Yup, excellent folk - I just did the same. They speak perfect English too. Better English than many in Oz.....

What happened about the VAT? Was it deducted from the final amount due or are the prices given on the website excluding VAT? Changing the country to the UK simply alters the postage, but not the tax status, so it's not exactly clear and I'd assume they might not deduct the VAT for a sale out of the EU. ????

I wonder which membrane they use in the grey spheres? The originals last a very long time. It's not uncommon to still have near-15 yo spheres on a C5 in good shape. If they use the improved membrane in all spheres, then they should last a very long time. On the other hand, they might make their grey spheres with the earlier technology, but in the later shape. Is there anything in their data to suggest an answer? (Yes, I know I could ask them myself!)

Those IFHS spheres look very like the Citroen OEM spheres, especially the saucer ones. Does anyone know what company Citroen actually sub-contact theirs out for manufacture?

    Cheers, Ken

I installed the front and regulator spheres this afternoon, they are very good quality and looked exactly like the ones I replaced. Ride is brilliant (better than the XM)

^ good find, about €10 cheaper for whole set (GS)

Still can't see how to subtract VAT at checkout though.
