    Default So where were we?

Okay I was at work today and couldn't participate in the debate.

1- XTC: it was meant as a pun in the same way you guys take the mickey out of someone who drive another brand of car, .......right. nothing more, nothing less.

2- Alan : something happens to the link when you click on that left image and all you are s'posed to see is a larger image of the same thing certainly not a Toyota.!

    Okay argument over.

I made the point that those stickers were actually on the xsara wrc because not everybody here may be aware of it.
And they are genuine "Citroen Sport" stickers, so understandably I am bloody proud of them.
Another thing is possibly "in the flesh" and on the move it
looks a great deal better than in a photo.

Alan whereabouts in Brisbane do you live ? I'll bring her around for you to have a look.

How do you look after them ... polish over the top?

Also paint does fade (regardless what you do) .. new paints are better, but I'd be worried that in time if you remove the stickers there will a a slightly different colour there .... what are peoples experiences.

    PS: no real offence taken

I am told by Citroen that if you intend to use them for their real purpose ie: rallying, after you apply them to the paint, you clear coat over the whole lot again, including stickers.
Which technically should seal them for ever assuming they have been applied properly in the first place.

I don't intend to keep them on for a long time, just long enough to take some good pictures of it, drive it around a bit,
and return to CITROEN SPORT the courtesy of photographying the whole car in their colours probably against Brisbane and Gold Coast backgrounds to show I appreciated their diligence.

Try some on your Peugeot and let me know how you go.

I'm about 3 1/2 to 4 hours North of there, but hopefully you'll be at the FCD at UQ this year on Bastille Day?

    See you then.

Hold down left shift and then click on the refresh icon, see if that helps (or clear your internet cache).
