    Default CX "Turbo" Mags

Can anyone help me locate a set of the Mag wheels that were originally fitted to some later Cx Turbo models, as shown in the photos attached? I need the TRX tyres with reasonable casings as well? I just like the look of these Mags. My Cx is a Turbo but didn't come equipped with these, at least when I purchased it. Mine is a 1985 25 DTR. They're the metric wheels fitted to the petrol turbos. They take 390mm TRX tyres, 210 55 390's are the standard size although 200 60 390's are a bit cheaper. But they are really expensive - they make DS tyres look cheap!

I've got a spare set with good tyres but don't want to sell them - hope someone else can help.

    Cheers

I was looking into having a set of replica wheels made in 16 inch size, but never had any replies back. I did have two sets but sadly not anymore... Just like the car itself

I didn't know you could get replica wheels made in a custom design? Do you know how much this would cost? This of course is the ideal solution, and of course you could divert the cost of a set of TRX's (5 or 6 times the price of standard tyres) into the rims. If you know any company who might offer this service, please let us know?

A guy in Melbourne had a set of 17 inch wheels custom made in the style of the 505 GTI 15 inch wheel. Cost was megabucks I believe. I don't have any contact details, not even a name, but send a PM to OddfireV6, he should be able to help.
