Default my 5 fell off so now I just have a C

Is this the beginning of the end? The other day my nice shiny 5 fell off the tailgate of my C5. Luckily it hadn't come completely off by the time I noticed and I have it to glue it back on. At least it makes the tailgate a bit lighter so when it falls on my head (as it does regularly as the gas strut after only 11 years has lost it's mojo) it doesn't hurt as much.

    cheers Tony

You need to watch the French video where the dude replaces the tailgate struts super casually, it's good viewing. He doesn't say much.

Next time the 5 falls off, replace it with some other letters from the alphabet.

I'm sorry you're no longer entitled to use the car space I parked in at Coles this evening.

    And fwiw, there were a lot of would be's occupying spaces C2, C3, C4 & C6!

My 5's still there even though SWMBO backed into my ute yesterday & it hit between the 5 & the handle. Will try to get the inside lining off & it might pop back out? Can't get mad at her as I parked the ute in the wrong place. She was trying to get out without waking me as I'd had a rough night. Got to love her for trying, cheers Dave

Boyracer, my grandmother can outdo you - she's been parked in plot C5 for a century now.

No contest. I concede she got there first.

I hope your car is not acting like C-word?!

Thanks for your concern but the car is going very nicely as she always does. I will go and get the silicone now and restore my 5 to it's rightful position.

It's a badge Addo, not a tow ball.
