Default Borg Warner 35 service manual

    Hi,
I'm trying to locate a copy of the service manual for the Borg Warner 35 transmission for a DS23.

I've tried a number of searches without success. I'm hoping that someone in the forum may be able to assist.

If you can't get any closer, try this - http://www.vitessesteve.co.uk/PDF/tr...ansmission.pdf

Edit: Also at http://volvo1800pictures.com/documen...anual/bw35.pdf I have a hard copy for Rover here, and it's very like the Volvo version.

Some smiles in here - http://www.benchmarkengraving.com.au...imes_tp698.pdf

You'll love the D manual, 1974, with a little Borg Warner in it - http://wlsccc.files.wordpress.com/20...searchable.pdf

I had no idea that the DS23 had a BW35.

I don't know if this would apply to the French version of the BW35, but it certainly does with the English version fitted to the Rover P5B.
The internal components of an Australian BW40 used in Falcons and Valiants will fit into the BW35 case, giving you a much more durable gearbox using more modern friction material on the clutches. Everything is more heavily constructed because they were used here behind V8s.
