    Default Shannons auction results

Good results for early Citroen owners last night. The two cars subject to earlier threads were sold (both sold by the same owner).

The ex Bob King Maroon and cream 1960 ID - $17000

    A highly decorated 11BL - listed as a 'Light 15' - $25700
Both very pretty cars. Lucky new owners

That's a good result for a early ID19, shows what attention to detail can achieve.
As for the "Light 15", where do I throw up?

Perhaps you better find that '46 that Mark and you had up the country Rog!
    Might be worth a 'restoration'.
Gerry must be licking his lips with his 11BL shaping up and we know what that will look like!

Obviously purchased by a person with the same degree of tastelessness as the person that is responsible for its existence!

David, I'm afraid the '46 Light 15 is long gone - I never did find out what happened to it, but I still have the pre-war style bonnet and the boot from it.
Someone did get off with Mark's Rosalie though. I had a phone call out of the blue some years ago from someone who had it.
