    Default SM parts suppliers

Is there much available for the SM? I have looked at a couple of DS parts suppliers and they have only a very limited number of SM pieces.

Can anyone offer any advice on what places to check?

This will be a good list to build.

    My first contribution is:

    http://www.citroen-andre.com

I'm not sure anyone would make a living out if being an SM only supplier (even at these prices! Haha), so a knowledgable 'classic' Citroen supplier is good to find.

Default English speaking DS and SM parts supply

Ets Blondeau, le spécialiste de la pièce détachée pour DS et SM Citroën

Julian speaks terrific English, tell him Jon from Melbourne sent you !!!!!!!!

I have been emailing and everything I wanted was available

they have a massive supply of DS and SM parts, new and s/h and re-manufacture as well

I just bought a full set of SM Euro lights including the entire front cross member which came with a Citroen factory little metal parts number tag still attached! it cost a Queens ransom but......

I took a swag of photos while I was there, must download from phone and will pop them onto here soon

the parcel I posted back arrived here within a week

a Valeo clutch disc was Euro104

a Ligarex tool and roll of tape was Euro50

They have body panels, stainless trim, electrical, mechanical.... the lot

if you are visiting Paris they are at Montreuil. I took Metro there and used the Velib free bicycle to tootle downhill back to St Germain afterwards.

any questions only too happy to answer.

now to get those lights fitted to the car.....hmmmm.

Michael.... have you bought an SM?

    Hi Michael,
I have bought mechanical parts (and I believe he has a range of other parts too) from Jerry Hathaway at SM World and they seem reasonably priced and turn up quickly.
He is also very knowledgeable about what are the correct parts required.

    cheers Tony

Hard to go past Jerry Hathaway at SM World in sunny California. 90% of the parts that aren't DS compatible I've bought from him as he's always got what I want available. He also offers invaluable tips on how to fit certain parts which I've found incredibly useful.

Seeing that Tony beat me to it, another suggestion would be joining SM Club de France in January and getting into their parts scheme. They have everything from bumper to bumper from the price lists I have.

+1 for Jerry Hathaway, and has alway been generous with advice too - although I never like to push this. He is in business, after all.

Also, for advice, check out the Yahoo Sports Maserati group on Yahoo.
