    Default Melbourne C6s

    Hi
    I have just purchased a C6 2008 black HDI.
As these cars are rather rare I am wondering where other owners are having their service etc done.
    Thanks for your help

Not in Melbourne, so can't help with a serviceman, but the C6 has a lot in common mechanically with the C5 (second type). Recommendations for these would apply.

    Thanks,
I have owned a new XM and second-hand a DS Pallas and 2 GSs , so when the C6 was released I had to take a cold shower but the price was just too much.
So when what appears to be a good second hand one popped up when I was browsing the web over Easter, I couldn't resist looking and I fell in love!
It's Obsidia Black with cream interior 2.7 HDi ex Brisbane.
I will just have to wait and see if the Citroen gods are kind to me over the next few years - but it is heaven to drive!

Top gear once said that classic cars had to have 2 of 3 qualities - interesting, rare or beautiful. The C6 has all 3 qualities in abundance. Enjoy!

Whenever I see one, I can't help wondering what the C5 X7 would have looked like if it had not been forced to look like something from over the Rhine. They may have wanted to differentiate the models, but why lose the internal storage?

    Hi Rick,

I have my C5 serviced at Spencer Street Automobiles. They sell second hand pugs. cits and alfas as well as new protons. It doesn't sound promising but their mechanics are great and they know there stuff and are reasonably priced, have given advice that is good and have fixed any problems that have arisen on my car the first attempt. So happy to recommend them.

    cheers Tony
