    Yes, the photo makes the cars' condition much better than it actually is.

    Much work to be done. Such as rust in boot area and requires a new lid (cracks you know where). More of the 'R' stuff in section of roof rail. Needs paint, headlight buckets renewed etc etc etc. All in good time. Making sure it is mechanically sound first. Even though the car drives very well. Looking forward to it all.

    First decent run since rego. Just arrived home from a drive to Canberra and back. Other than a knock from the muffler every now and then the car handled the journey with aplomb. If my calculations are correct we achieved 29 mpg.

    Still can't stop smiling.
