Default C5 windows still don't work.

Well a flat battery on Friday evening. Had visitors most of afternoon didn't notice side lights left on until it got dark. Bummer. Then I remembered neighbor borrowed my charger a while ago but he's gone for the weekend. Now I know there's another charger in the shed, somewhere?. What to do?.
Anyway long story short, charged battery, and the C5s' front windows still don't work on the remote. Good thing winter's on the way and the dog sits in the back.

You may need to put the windows fully up and down with the interior switches so the limit sensors can reset themselves. Used to happen in my XM if the battery was disconnected with windows down. Not tried it in the C4 or C5.

    Hi Shanadoo,
It's in the handbook. You have to inch them down and back up with the door switches to get the computer to remember the positions again. Or they will just work at some point in the future

Thanks guys. Yes tried all that many times. Rears are ok, rain sensor ok, fronts work on the internal door switches, but refuse to cooperate with the remote. Waiting for that "some point in the future". It's only for parking anyway and Qld law now decrees it's worth $180 fine to park at any time with the windows down more than 20mm. [I think those figures are right] but don't know where they measure it from.
