Wouldn't mind that as a daily drive. Certainly wake up some of our V8 guys. Thanks for posting.

Fantastic! I liked the extra casual demeanour of the driver; jeans and a hoodie, clearly at home with the 2CV chassis by his light grip on the wheel. He could've worn a striped jersey and toted a Gauloise for added colour.

I was secretly hoping that the passenger was Jeremy Clarkson, with chocolate stains on his undies and that warm feeling down his trouser leg.

Amusing that on a LHD car, the windscreen wipers are setup for the RHD car. Maybe the parked left windscreen wiper in the drivers line of sight is used as a cornering aid - when the wiper is parallel with the horizon, plant the foot.

I did think that his hands were all over the steering wheel. Looked untidy but it works for him.

I wonder if Peter Sparrow is related to David and Andrea Sparrow, the photographer and producer of 2CV Family Album and DS Family Album, both beautifully photographed (and modelled by Andrea).

LOL, that is awesome! Imagine the look on your face having just been passed by a 2cv under acceleration and braking! I hope he invests in a cage soonish, I'd hate to see that thing hit a tyre wall.

This is what I always imagined it would be like if I had a ride in a 2CV with JBN at the wheel.

One doesn't need to modify a 2CV to experience a unique driving experience. One only needs to modify their life expectency (downwards).

A cage in a 2CV is a waste of time. A codpiece is the only protection that is required, because to drive them hard you need balls.

    1) Have AF open on your browser. With "reply to window open"

    2) Open another browser window
    navigate to your video
copy the contents of the browser address bar

    3) Return to the AF browser window
Click the "film" at the top
    Paste the URL from step2

    4) Add text etc to your post and save as normal.

If you don't want to "embed" the video you can paste the the copied link in step 2 into the text of the post.

In Youtube when watching a video you can click on the "Share" tab next to "About" and it will give you a short form link that you can then copy and paste as per Robmac's instructions above.

    It is

Taking me a long time to build the plenum, having to cross brace all the components & align it all...

    Excellence...

A friend of mine once considered doing the same thing for his AK400 truckette, but figured that one of the standard air pumps that we used long ago for air injection (emissions control) would suffice. Being a rotary vane pump, I guess he was thinking along the lines of a crude Sprintex. I'm thinking yours has a bit more output and a higher pressure rating. What is that from, anyway? Some Japanese Kei-class car?
