I'd say there is now one . I know of at least tidy one that was around 10years ago. You'll likely have to import a bonnet from the UK/France. Maybe Gerry Freed will know someone with parts

There is a lovely blue Ami in regular use around Glen Iris in Melbourne. I don't know the owner, but maybe someone else does and you could try and get a fibreglass moulding of the bonnet made up?

There must be someone who can manufacture it from bare steel board. I see WEST COAST CUSTOMS doing it all the time!

Google "Ami 8 pictures" ... that sure would be a fun and hideous bonnet to try and make Importing one from new zealand is probably the go. No doubt the fact the car if off the road due to the lack of a bonnet screams there is none in australia

    They sure are pretty

I would go the fibreglass bonnet. The originals look fibreglass anyhow - gentle curves, rolled front lip.

Always a good talking point to say your belle ami has had cosmetic surgery. There is this girl next door that has these nice big ... (whoops - French Car forum).

Hi Balki-There was one @ the French Car Day last year or so & I think there was one @ this years in Williamstown-was it Green?.
How about getting someone in the U.K. or France to put one upside with a sail on it & a solar motor & point it your direction.
Hopefully you can find one 'locally'.

    Cheers.
