    Default Festival of motoring

    Hi All,

this is on in Ballarat this week ... I watched a stack of old classic cars go past my workplace this morning.

    2013 Ballarat Festival of Motoring

I went for a drive down to the mining exchange at lunchtime today. But I think I missed a lot of the cars. there was maybe 1dozen parked around there. A banged up salmon pink ID19 without a roof on it probably attracted as much attention as the highly polished, restored concourse quality cars

I took the French ID and my brother drove his 1959 Hawk to this event yesterday. The display was at Buninyong, just south of Ballarat.
Then three differant groups drove into Ballarat and were able to see the Festival of Motoring.
Only one other Citroen; a 2CV.
The display at Buninyong was varied with a great assortment of cars. -- a good day, Michael
