What does a result like this do to the values of my fleet?

I surely hope that the new owner requested a bit more information than the sketchy photos ans short blurb presented. As has been observed way too many times, anybody can say anything on the innertubes. Unless it's something like a 15-6H, I would venture to say that the thick end of 53K is a wee bit high for a Traction.

Have a look at the bid history. there is two bidders there with 1 and zero feedback. I'd say the owner bidded on his own auction with at least two other accounts. I bet it'll be relisted soon.

Yes probably it will be re listed. The owners feed back is also very dodgy. The crunch will come when it is time to fork out 37,000 big ones.

Wow. Thats one bidder that will be in for a shock when he sobers up. If it is a fair dinkum sale it drives home the message about doing your research first. That is one expensive paint job.

    Yikes.
For significantly less than that I can find you a Slough built 38 11BL with Pilote wheels and good long Los Angeles history.
And the car is complete and drivable too.

Nearly all of them that are for sale are significantly less than that. This is an exceptional result which is either the result of malpractice within the Ebay selling procedure( ie Shell bidding ) or the buyer being overly endowed with disposable income and lacking in awareness of realistic values.

Mmmm! No interior shots , no wipers, prewar grille seems to lack shine. Bit weird.
