I'd try Riverina Car Carriers to begin with, else Peter Woolcott (AKA haveachat), who travels up and down the east coast with mixed automotive loads.

This rings alarm bells from somewhere about how to strap a hydropneumatic car down correctly so you don't wreck the wheel bearings. There once was a thread I think.

I've sent a couple of running cars, one a C5, from Sydney to Canberra via Canberra Carways without drama. I think they'd do Melbourne to Canberra too. Not being a runner may be a problem for most carriers. There's a reliable fellow my brother, also in Canberra, has used on a number of occasions to move dead cars. If you have no luck with the others, send me a pm and I'll chase it up.
