The epic battle of two industrial Giants !
Renault and CitroŽn: these twin flagships of the motor industry have become a part of Franceís heritage, as emblematic as the Eiffel Tower. But how much do we really know about their founders, Louis Renault and Andrť CitroŽn, the two greatest industrialists France has ever produced?
The lives of Louis Renault and Andrť CitroŽn read like classical tragedies: together, they make up a sombre and intimate human epic of a forgotten era.
Never in the history of France have two men started with so little and achieved so much.

I was watching, thinking to myself "This is fantastic! Thanks, Mick!!". Then the sound just died at 35min. Could not get it back.

I hope it's a problem on my end.
The measure of your character isn't what you do when people are watching- it's what you do when they aren't watching.

Same, really enjoying the commentary and lost sound at about 38 minutes. I'll try again later...

    Cheers

The Dťesse has all the characteristics of one of those objects fallen from another universe that fed the mania for novelty in the eighteenth century and a similar mania expressed by modern science fiction: the Dťesse is first and foremost the new Nautilus.

I too have lost sound, just around the time where you see Renault holding his child (35mins).

You haven't got your wires crossed. I was waiting for a pop-up saying, "you like what you see, well buy the bleedin' DVD!"

Just to confirm this also happened to me at around 38 minutes in, I assumed it was just me. I've had a look around for another stream/source to no avail.

John, being an avid lover of Citroen, not currently inspired by any current models, or am, but have not the cash to flush down the sink, have gone to Renault. The Megane Priv Dci is really great as a point A to B drive, not a big dynamic burst of drivability, but rather a simple, and practical way of getting from one point to another. My love of Citroen is as strong as ever, and I could not get by without at least one, maybe two. That green GS on Carsales is so nice...but they come from the same place, and nowadays we share the love with like minded people, and they work. Chris Mortimer.....jeez, a DS is needed too at some point......eeekk. Now I have started.
