Hey, I might not have even been close to being born when they were produced but I CAN tell the difference between classic and a BL**Dy Austin!!! roll_lau moon whip Now at least...... Have made the mistake before about 2yrs ago....

Lives/d about 1Km away, lovely white one seemed to be used daily. Pretty good nick (better than my car).....

and now I have a new 404 background for the comp.

    Jono wink

    PS amazing likeness.....between the two....

Pugrambo. wash your mouth out, there's no comparision, the shame of it all being confused with a Freeway. It's all in the name if it's free it can't be worth much. Like a fowl con, or a hold on, or what about a peu joe.regards cane toad

A friend gave the bloke a ring said it sounds like value had different coloured body panels so he sprayed it matt black, cut a bit of rust out of the corners, fitted the 2 litre himself says it goes and stops ok, bit starved for fuel up high, got 1 months rego but if doesn't get the money he will put it in storage don't blame him sounds like it could be a good by. regards, cane toad.

People used to say that Pininfarina sold the same design to both companies....this is maybe unkind, then again might not be too far from the truth.

The 404 of course is a great car, unlike the Freeway.

    cheers!
