Nice one Tekkie, but two problems I can see for supersprints. Getting that much power to ground and stopping. I've set myself a personal goal. When I can do Wakefield under 1:15 I'll upgrade to 16V.

Peter. is that in the 405 or you have a 205 aswell right?,... im 2 seconds of 1:15, so ive got a LONG way to go... cheers Xq

PS, i think with full Slicks power-to-ground should improve, and i wouldn't bother with the NOS..or until on the straights anyway.

Sold the 405. I'm running a 205 8V now, but also have a long way to go before I hit 1:15. I've got a 16V engine in the shed , but with 145hp, I should be able to do a lot better. Parry gave me a lesson in braking on Saturday I'll never forget.

Supercharger should be a lot gentler on the twisty bits (as opposed to turbo) so the power delivery should be easier. NOS for striaghts.

But the power to the ground is def a problem.

Actually I was thinking of Darren's Pug when I saw this...

The Poms power figures are most of the time on the optimistic side. So I'd say its actually making about 200hp, a figure I am endeavouring to achieve although I doubt I will.

But that amount of NOS is for pussies!!! moon

Go the big jets, like 100-150hp. dance head_ban
