    Default R1135 Gordini for sale.

    For Sale R1135 Gordini.
Expressions of interest are called for the purchase of my 1968 R1135 Gordini. This is a genuine sale as I am having a change of direction with my cars.
Most people who know their Gordiniís will know this car as GNS-483 and is one of the 60 Australian built cars without a racing or rally history. It has always been a road car. Oval plate- R1135-5266,
    Diamond Plate- 0205438.
The Gordini comes with a complete history including the original tool kit, handbook, service record, receipts and letters. As well as a workshop manual and more.

This Gordini was restored by myself between 2012 and 2016. Everything has been replaced with new parts or reconditioned from the ball joints to the hood lining. The car represents in excellent condition.
For further information please contact me on-

or to see the restoration photos go to- Paul's R1135 Gordini Restoration

The car is located in Bathurst NSW. Inspection is a must.

    Hello again,
No it was not an April Fools Day joke even though I posted on April 1st.
Adam I was unable to reply to your message in AF or the email you provided.
I asked for expressions of interest because these cars do not come up for sale often and there is no real benchmark to work by. Cars sold in the past few years varied from 38K-70K (so I'm told). I am happy to hear from those in the know what these cars are worth however I believe the value of my car is around 60K. Please feel free to send me a message if you think I'm wrong.
Shannons wanted to insure it for 60K however I settled for 50K, lower premium.
Car has travelled 1575 miles or 2534km since restoration was completed in April 2016, according to the speedo. How accurate that is, I'm not sure.
