Default F/S : Megane RS 225 Sport Cup, Blue, 2008 phase II

This is a 2008, last 5 door 6 speed manual Megane Sport Cup, will indeed be a rare breed in years to come.

This daily driven, road registered car has competed in multiple motorsport events, and typically places in the top two. Very reliable and solid performance all round.
Much lower K's than most Megane 225's, and in excellent condition.

-Second Place, "road registered car", King of the Hill Hillclimb, 2016
-Second Place, "road registered car", King of the Hill Hillclimb, 2017
-First place "Class B over 2001cc", Jailhouse rock festival go-to-whoa, 2018
-Third place outright, Jailhouse rock festival go-to-whoa, 2018
-First Place "road registered car", King of the Hill Hillclimb, July 2018
-Second Place, "road registered car", King of the Hill Hillclimb, November 2018

Despite this the car has never been taken to a race track, and never subjected to the rigors of multiple punishing laps.

The Megane comes with extras including a set of lowered H&R springs, a spare set of 4 non-turbo megane rims and Toyo Proxy tyres, plus some other spares collected along the way. The factory cup springs are fitted as I like them better on the limit than the H&R's, however the H&R's give it a great stance.

Very sticky Michelin pilot sport tyres. When competing against stripped out race cars with semi-slicks the megane certainly holds its own. light weight xxr527 racing wheels and upgraded r26r spoiler, modified exhaust, aftermarket intake piping, bov and intercooler. Aftermarket tune. Currently around 260-270hp - 195-200kw. Very tasteful mods that bring the car alive while still keeping it a joy to drive on a daily basis.

Great for spirited road trips with brembo brakes, and its light weight for such a roomy car. Remote central locking and rain sensor wipers, automatic adjusting Xenon headlights, leather steering wheel, 8 airbags, and of course ABS brakes and traction control.

I only ever service the car with a genuine Renault dealer(have receipts), and it's always filled with 98 octane premium. Its great fun to drive and an incredibly punchy torque curve right through the rev range makes this a very quick car. Motorsporting pedigree and proven results!

For a little more I can organise a roadworthy certificate for you so there's nothing else to worry about.

If you're a car enthusiast and want a fun daily/weekend car you will love it.
